Mark Greer

Mark Greer has spent more than three decades advocating for smarter, more effective drug policy reform in the United States. As Executive Director of DrugSense.org and MAPinc.org, he has worked tirelessly to educate both the public and policymakers on the measurable consequences of America’s current approach to drug enforcement.

His work centers on constitutional liberty, fiscal responsibility, and evidence-based reform. Over the years, he has analyzed the social, economic, and geopolitical impact of the War on Drugs, from mass incarceration to cartel violence to the explosion of overdose deaths.

Freedom represents the culmination of that lifelong research and advocacy: a bold yet structured proposal designed to restore individual liberty while dramatically reducing crime, corruption, and public spending. Greer doesn’t argue from ideology alone. He argues from data, history, and firsthand policy analysis.
